Christmas Time Is Here

Each year, the number of Dorsch's available to decorate the house for Christmas diminishes. This year there were four: Mom, Dad, Erika, and myself. But it was still a special evening, as this is the last time my parents will be decorating for Christmas in the States. Thankfully, I was so fatigued by the long trip to Branson for Thanksgiving that I was able to detach myself from my emotions!

Growing up, it was tradition for Melissa to always help Dad with the lights. Erika attempted to be the temporary substitute. She did okay!

The tree was exceptionally pretty this year----maybe because we switched from colored lights to white lights. Or maybe because Erika and I have beastly decorating skills! Probably both!
